Product Manager

- 8+ years ’of work experience in the GCC markets, out of which 5 years in a senior level role is a must.

- Experience or exposure to Healthcare Medical Billing Claims Management under a major payer or provider UAE/KSA or internationally.

-Deep understanding of the UAE Revenue Cycle Management processes and best practices is must.

-Any additional professional certifications in line with the role will be an added advantage.

-Post graduate degree in Healthcare Informatics/Management or related experience.

-Experience in hospital operations and a general understanding of revenue cycle with an emphasis on billing, coding and charge capture desirable.

-Experience with implementing HIS and RCM solutions is highly desired.

-Familiarity with Rule Edits or Business Rules Management Systems technologies and tools.

-Good knowledge in the healthcare/ insurance sector in UAE or KSA would be highly preferred.

-Knowledge of medical terminology, ACHI, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10AM/CM, CDM and contract management. Medical Coding certifications is an added advantage.

-Familiarity with cloud solutions and Software as a Service (SaaS), technologies and platforms highly desirable.
