a) With at least 1 Year proven experience in sales or another similar role
b) Presentable, Elegant and Adhere to Time Frame
c) Strong understanding of commercial real estate acquisitions or brokerage
d) Ability to work both independently and cooperatively
e) Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints (both verbal and written)
f) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Outgoing and pleasing personality
g) Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
h) Positive Attitude
i) Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
j) Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients k) Driving License (must) Brokerage License (Preferred)
