To control and coordinate all project related commercial recovery. To specifically manage the Change order request (COR) process and commercial settlement for each job. To assist the job Officers with timely invoicing and preparation of any back-up data for invoice. To assess cost and time impact of any change from the agreed scope of the project.
• Clearly establish the agreed scope of work for each job and ensure all additional/extra work is recorded and submitted to client for approval.
• Own, update and maintain the COR register and invoice status of for each job of the team.
• Prepare Change Orders (COR) with sufficient supporting data and submit to client on timely manner in consultation with the project engineer / team leader and do necessary follow up of CORs with client till it is agreed / processed.
• Update “Synergy system” in a timely manner with Change orders, milestones etc. of the individual jobs of the team
• Generally assist with all aspects of the commercial assessment and recovery for all jobs of the team
• Support the Job Officers in the preparation of Final Reports specifically in cost variation analysis and assist and support Team Leader/ Project Manager with Monthly reports
• Coordinate with estimation team - to establish the change order values, with finance team- to match the milestones and MIS.
