Supervises the day-to-day activities of the team members
Ensure that all operational protocols and standards are implemented and followed in all the units assigned
Ensure that all valid statutory documents are maintained in the respective unit
Ensure that all the units are maintained well complying with the infection control protocols etc.
Analyse variances and initiate appropriate action plans
Responsible for implementing various cost reduction measures thereby directly contributing to the budgeted bottom line
Monitor the business performance of the hospital (Revenue and Cost) against the budget and ensure that the targets under various heads are met with
Co-ordinate with HR department in manpower planning, recruitment, reward and recognition, performance appraisals etc
Ensure that all MEP services in hospital run in smooth order
Prepare and send the periodical MIS report to the management on weekly and monthly basis
