1. Perform daily standardized baking tests to determine baking characteristics in require bread applications on Grand Mill’s/Co-manufactured flour and periodic on Competitors flour
2. Assist & support the R&D team in the implementation of NPD and change of grist.
3. Assist & support the commercial team in visiting customers, providing technical advice and feedback when required.
Quality Responsibilities
4. Handle samples & performing analyses according to procedures & test method ensuring compliance with local & international standards.
5. Complete daily tasting session with select panel
6. Ensure that the bakery equipment is maintained in a sound state by calibration & maintenance.
7. Maintain an efficient & effective baking processes with suitable turnaround time targets are met, with on time reporting of quality results.
8. Monitor progress, record observations during the process and analyze results.
