Prepare the Tenders (Pre and Post Tenders) and submit.
Prepare and check the Bills of Quantities as required
Prepare material and subcontract enquiries
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that comprehensive and consistent quotations are received
Produce cost estimates for specific parts of the works
BEng or equivalent in Civil Engineering with equivalency certificate.
Minimum five (5) years of work experience within a construction contractor in the same role in ABU DHABI.
Computer literacy, including use of Autocad, Primavera, MS Office; (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language
Driving license is mandatory.
