Assist Admin and finance team as needed through the application and offer process.
Work closely with the Director of Admissions and Marketing Team to understand the profile of students and deliver best-in-class admissions pitches and school tours.
Schedule and confirm timing for assessments and or post-assessment consultations between parents and academic staff.
Prepare assessment-related documents
Conduct and organise post-assessment consultation sessions if required to communicate results or answer queries related to the assessment.
Assist in the re-enrollment process of existing families.
Support the Director of Admissions Team in preparing Ad-hoc reports and analyses for the Management.
Reporting and Data
Manage the pipeline of opportunities and diligently update the CRM and School MIS platform
Input notes about interactions and other data.
Ensure accuracy in documentation, reporting, and data collection
