Main purpose of the role:
Ensure system readiness for Month end closing (MEC) prior and during the MEC
Perform and monitor Month end closing activities as per Global reporting requirements.
Partner with business to initiate, plan, test & deliver assigned projects
Prepare the monthly Business Winning Market Share report for NAMETRUB.
Main Accountabilities:
MEC Prechecks and Month Closing:
Accountable for handling pre MEC technical checks
Liaise with internal teams, GCOPA & CG Teams to identify, analyze and rectify any technical issues or errors.
Full ownership of Working Capital reporting, actuals and forecasting on a monthly basis.
Lease with CMI team to prepare the Monthly Business Winning Market Share dashboard.
Reporting
Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of monthly global reports as per the global timelines.
Responding to queries from global teams on the submitted reports (actuals & forecast).
Prepare and present WC/Cash (Forecast & Actual) reports to Leadership team.
Prepare Business Winning Market Share dashboard and provide inputs for PMU & Global calls each month.
Prepare the BUPA report and submit to the Controllers team.
Restatements & Projects Handling
Lease with GCOPA & CG teams for the year end restatements, if any.
Lease with SAP team for any changes in the reporting structure and user acceptance testing.
Coordinate for any finance changes due to the changes in reporting structure.
Adhoc reports
Provide any inputs on Market Share required for the monthly or quarterly cascades.
BW/SAP data requests from Controllers/SC teams.
Key Relationships:
Reports to: IM Asst. Manager Arabia
Key Interfaces: GCOPA, CG, SAP Team, CMI (NAMETRUB), FET & Business Partners, BU Leadership Teams.
Key Competencies:
Ability to work autonomously while prioritizing key tasks ,while remaining agile
Deadline focused and ability to handle pressure
Ability to work fluidly with data and across systems
Strong engagement, presentation and communication skills
Relevant Experience:
Graduate in Accounting (or similar)
Experience in Finance functions, preferably in management accounting
Proficiency in System operations
Knowledge of SAP/BW Hana/Power BI
Good Excel Skills
