We are looking for a talented experienced Direct Account Analyst to join the Duty Free team. The position will be based in Dubai.
As Direct Account Analyst you'll be responsible to monitor and further enhance distributor services against existing service level agreements and ensure effective communication among all involved parties regarding Distributor services and commercial policy.
Your ‘day to day
Main responsibility will be to provide data insights and lead & contribute to key projects & initiatives to ensure effective, cost-efficient and advanced distribution system for MEA&ISC Duty free markets, aiming the achievement of performance targets, e.g. products availability, speed to market, distribution cost value. Tasks will focus heavily on enhancing operational and distribution efficiency and embedding innovation, whilst championing the needs of the Customer.
Who we're looking for
. 5 years of professional experience in Commercial, Customer Services, and Supply Chain areas.
. Prior work experience in Pharma, FMCG industry, preferably in the Middle East.
. Strong business acumen and understanding of cost management
. Able to work with diverse teams in a project based organization
. Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities and data-driven thinking, ability to translate complex data to meaningful insights.
. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
. Influencing and negotiation skills
. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
. Exposure to SAP, Power BI
. Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Arabic is an asset
