Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10yeras of industry experience which includes minimum 04 years of experience as Analyst, including at least 2 years in similar operations and project engineering within the oil and gas in the region.
Provide analytical support for the effective execution of network development activities and generate comprehensive reports to support effective conducting of technical feasibility for identified new business expansion opportunities across the target markets, in line with the overall business development strategy

Job Specific Accountabilities
Data Analytics
Carry out data analytics to support site identification and support negotiations in line with the defined business development strategy.
Participate/ conduct comprehensive technical and utilities studies to support managerial decision making on selection of best locations for network expansions.
Support the conducting of head lease analysis in line with defined plan and protocols.
Asses and grade network property to ensure that operational capabilities of real estate are utilized optimally.
Support the development of a cooperative coordination and interaction with all internal and external interfaces coordinate with service providers, government bodies and (future) tenants to support effective unit operations.
Assist the specialists in overall project management activities assigned to the department by preparing tender documents, technical drawings, evaluation, supervision etc. in line with defined standards to support successful achievement of unit objectives.
