As an Assistant Banquets Manager, you will work with your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:
Maintain good working relationship with all hotel departments.
Ensure all food and beverages are set up and served as per company standards
Liaise on daily basis with Kitchen team to ensure buffet set-up is complete and food is replenished and to inform of expected guest counts.
Understands the impact Banquet operations has on the overall success of an event and manages activities to maximize customer satisfaction.
Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential.
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
