Recruitment, manpower forecasting and budget control. Ensure that the correct approvals are obtained prior to commencement of recruitment
Exploring all sources such as job portals, campuses, employee referral schemes, social networks, direct sources, external agencies
Conducting interviews, verify references and negotiate
Handling end to end recruitment for office and blue collar
Responsible for hiring candidates from CIS and Middle East
Preparing and releasing offer letters, collection of legal documents for visa processing
Handling release of passports and maintaining trackers on a monthly basis
Monitoring the costs of external recruitment providers’ quarterly
