Accountant/ bookkeeper is urgently required by a multinational IT Consulting and recruitment company who are expanding their operation in the UAE with a new Office in Dubai. The ideal Candidate will be hardworking, professional, a good communicator and accurate in their work. The following skills and experience are required:
* Prepares, examines and analyzes accounting records and financial statements to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
* Managing & monitoring accounts payables and receivables, bank reconciliation and handle employee accounts issues.
* Maintenance of accounts using quick books, Sage or similar
* handling bank transfers, changing & adding authorities signatories and coordinate to resolve any issues.
* Management of domestic and overseas payments
* Responsible for company's operation and co-ordinate with Managers, Audit & accounts department.
* Responsible for monthly and quarterly VAT returns in the UK, Cyprus, UAE and other countries.
* Analyzes business operations to project future revenues and expenses.
* Analyzes accounts and reconciles supporting schedules.
* Determines the proper handling of financial transactions.
* Reviews, investigates and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.
* Report directly to the CEO.
