Assist store manager in planning assigning clearly understood daily sales targets to the team.
Set and agree sales and operational objectives to ensure sales targets and other business objectives are achieved.
Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
Direct customers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer requests
Find out the specific needs of each customer that enters the store
Maintain control over the various zones in the shop floor
Increase the customer base by adding new customers to the mailing list
Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude with the team and motivate them constantly to sell more
Monitor performance level of staff and drive hourly sales, daily sales and monthly targets.
Responsible to increase the Transformation Rate (Convert visitors to the store to customers
Monitor hourly sales, daily sales and monthly targets
Check stock daily to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers
Ensure the brand image is reflected at the store
Train and promote high customer service standards
Participate in periodic inventory as and when required
Willingness to work in shifts
Deputize for the Store Manager during periods of leave.
