Handles telephone inquiries from customers relating to vehicle prices and availability, warranty matters, solves problems, and follows-up on previous inquiries.
Deals with walk-in customers to the showroom.
In the absence of the Sales Coordinator, receive the vehicle and performs receiving inspection.
Arranges and conducts demonstrations and test drives.
Oversees coordination of sales team paperwork, collates information on the weekly basis for submission to Sales Manager.
Supervises coordination with Service Center / Parts Departments on orders; work in progress by Sales Coordinator.
Co-ordinates and arranges registration, financing, insurance of vehicles for own sales as necessary.
Supervises inventory management at the showroom for new cars by Sales Coordinator.
Responsible for showroom promotional product displays and merchandising and general upkeep.
Implement safe and environment-friendly practices in each work area.
Ensure that the employees are fully complying with the QHSEMS requirements and as per Company’s Policy & Procedures.
