Assist the sales team, focusing mostly on managing onboarding merchant, utlets offers.
Follow up with concerned departments on the approval & listing of outlets & offers with accurate timelines.
Liaise between various departments and the sales team to resolve all queries raised
To be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries from Sales team in a calm and friendly manner.
Ensure the quality of services and solutions, including satisfactory resolution of all support requests, and troubleshooting of all reporting from sales team and merchants or data and tech issues.
Inform sales team and/or clients of unforeseen delays in estimated deliveries
Coordinate and report pending job reports daily to the Sales team.
Backoffice support to individual sales representatives providing timely information related any delays.
Evaluate and filter the offer content basis guidelines provided
High level of coordination between sales and backend personnel
