Responsible for pre and post contract services on multi-million Emirate Dirham civil marine & mechanical utility projects. The role will involve the assistance of other senior commercial staff on site or at the Head Office. This role will involve a full range of commercial management activities on site as well as the management of other commercial staff. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, may look after a single project or multiple projects and will report to the Commercial Manager.
Review of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities along-side the Estimation Dept.
May be required to manage the commercial function on everal smaller projects simultaneously.
Ensure Company processes and managed and followed at all times.
Assists the Commercial Manager and works as a member of a cohesive team.
Works with the commercial team engaged on site and provides assistance at all times.
Prepare monthly application for payment ensuring timely submission.
