Order Management system, OMS, monitoring and support.
Support users by conducting system troubleshooting with the coordination with ITD
To act as an IT Project Coordinator for any operations/technology project to be implemented by ADIB Securities.
To report and follow up with ITD any issue raises by the users and to make sure to close all the issues in a timely manner
Conduct UAT in relation of implementing new modification or release of OMS and any other application used by ADIB Securities.
Vendor Management and coordination in terms of implementing new application or reporting for any issues related to the concerned application.
Co-ordinate with ITD for new enhancements of the telephony call center system and call recording system
Report issues faced related to the used Call center and call recording system.
Supervise overall Operations activities to ensure day to day activities are completed
To be responsible for implementing the corporate actions on the system for all traded markets.
Supervise all foreign market operations to ensure proper positions of cash and securities is booked for the customers in the OMS system.
