consolidate the inspection data base by review of P&ID, old inspection reports, isometric drawings, equipment drawings etc., Mark the CML Condition Monitoring location for each asset pipe line equipment, PSV etc and enters the previous readings in excel file for future monitoring. Calculate corrosion rate & remaining life of each asset based on API standard. Prepare the inspection test plan for each asset based on the collected data. Carry out the jobs as per instructions provided by CLIENT focal point to complete the tasks within stipulated time. The job location will be at plant site.
