Witness Procedure qualifications and Witness Welders qualifications and their performance Ensure calibration status of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment.
Monitor, inspect and approve all welding and NDT works, review and approve all PWHT Works.
Review of all radiographs/NDT reports and Signing of weld/NDT log.
Dimensional control checks, review of Hydro-testing PKGs and Punch-list activities
Prepare and maintain all related inspection reports.
Issuance a concise daily inspection activity report, weekly and monthly inspection reports
