Overall management of the project from contract award to final completion and handover.
Liaises with Client representatives on all aspects of the project activities and resolve any differences that may arise.
Identify project risks and ensure controls are in place to mitigate the potential risks.
Monitors the design team to ensure deliverables are on time and receives approval for same from the client.
shall ensure that all scheduled goals are achieved within the specified time frame for effective execution of the project.
Ensures that procurement and delivery of equipment is in line with the project schedule.
Develops the project schedule in order to meet the target dates.
Mobilizes the resources and equipment required to perform the works.
Monitors the distribution of the site workforce and equipment to maximize efficiency.
Ensures that the Project Quality HSE Plan is adhered.
