Requesting for CN appointment for cargo basket & also arranging a special CN for delivering materials through chopper.
Co-ordinating with ADNOC Job Officers & logistics in-charge for CN.
Co-ordinating with ESNAAD & free port shipping team and logistics team for smooth loading and offloading of project materials.
Co-ordinating with ADNOC shipping team and delivering the project material as per vessel availability.
Uploading a manifest for delivering and collecting project materials from Free port.
Interchanging the project materials and equipment’s from one site to another site with help for concern project coordinator.
Co-ordinating with all site engineers for ensuring job materials are reaching site safely without any damage & requesting them to backload all basket & cylinder rack for rotating with other projects.
Collecting the ADNOC free issue materials as per concern project engineer/ project manager request.
Responsible to arrange CNIA/CICPA gate passes for vehicles.
