Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Secondary Education or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: 2 years in Housekeeping, maintenance or Property Management environment.
Coordinate maintenance activities between service providers and end users to ensure smooth, trouble free and timely completion of the task.
Keep records via the building’s logbook of all activities of note, like maintenance/repair work, accidents, handing over/taking over of units, renovation work.
Maintain copies of service agreements for building services to ensure the compliance of the service providers.
Show vacant apartments and facilities in coordination with Leasing Manager in presentable condition to prospective tenants.
