Set a vision of the sales team
Create the sales strategy and process
Implement and measure the success of the sales strategy
Conduct weekly sales meeting
Motivate the sales team to achieve the monthly target and close the sales deal
Review the sales team performance and coach them on how to grow their skills
Provide training to the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge
Plan open houses and other events
Prepare sales reports
Review and approve all the relevant documents for the entire property transaction process such as contacts, NOC letter, MOU...etc.
Work with marketing department on generating client leads plan
Provide recruiting, hiring and onboarding new salespeople
