Applicant should be a Civil Engineer with vast UAE experience in Interiors Turnkey Projects with proven track record.
He/She should be able to handle both pre and post contract work, review the scope of works along with contract terms and conditions, and to prepare bill of materials/quantity take off/variations/invoicing etc.
He/she should be able to appoint/manage sub contractors.
