Have 3 or more years of experience as a UPK Administrator Developer, or Trainer Have five or more years of experience and knowledge based on but not limited to one or more of the following skills:
Publishing training documentation, manuals. Training organizations on how to use UPK
Perform as the administrator, developer, and/or trainer for new projects and daily operations using UPK
Serve as SME for UPK tool providing guidance and suggestions for applying UPK to meet departmental requirements
Assist project managers, project members, configuration managers, staff, and management with designing and implementing publications to use within and outside of the department.
Have an understanding of best practices for using UPK and knowledge of all functionality associated with the tool. Experience with creating training documents, manuals, and test documents using the tool in the most efficient manner to support the ease of change for modifications
