Responsible to ensure offers are complying with specifications
Lead technical discussions with customers on technical aspects
Engage customer for deviations and alternate proposals
Liaise with Finance, Operations and costing teams at the factory to prepare costing
Responsible to ensure clean orders
Load allocation with the team to meet +90% service level
Support outside sales team to improve/ increase strike rate 50%+ for projects and 75% for MRO jobs
Support team to develop tools for benchmarking exercise
