Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
Ability to represent company in contentious and non-contentious matters.
Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
Applying effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues.
Communicating and negotiating with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.).
Drafting and solidifying agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Providing clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.
Maintaining current knowledge of alterations in legislation.
Maintaining excellent relationship with stakeholders.
