Roles and Responsibilities:

Build a strong recruitment process based on company criteria’s and time-frame
Provide ongoing and high-quality direct sourced candidates through various online portals (LinkedIn/Job Portals etc.)
Master interviewing steps such as hunting, pre-screening, face-to-face and final interview
Draft and post job advertisements both externally on relevant portals
Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
Shortlist CVs from all different sources based on the screening criteria
Carry out telephonic or face-to-face pre-screening interviews to ensure shortlisted candidates meet the role’s requirements before presenting them to the hiring manager
Plan and schedule interviews for candidates with the hiring manager and prepare all necessary materials and recommendations to facilitate the interview process.
Maintain and update the CV database to ensure all applicant CVs are available for screening and shortlisting as per EDB’s requirements
Maintain all forms and documentation pertaining to applicants and new joiners to ensure easy retrieval of documents as required
Attend and conduct behavioural event interviews / competency-based interviews along with the managers to ensure the candidate is well suited for the role and has relevant skills and competencies as per the job requirement and is a good cultural fit for the organization
