Bachelor Degree Graduate with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Sales and Marketing in Floorcare Machines, Chemicals, etc. and possess active network with different companies, Facility Management, Hospitality industries, developers and contractors. The candidates should have a proven track record.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets and leads all Sales Executives and Sales Coordinator.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Identifying business opportunities that generate revenue growth in both new and existing accounts.
Building strategic relationships with key contacts within existing customer base to understand opportunities for creating value.
Compiling and completing accurate proposals to customer, providing information on interactions, statistics, and discussions.
Keeping a pulse on the overall market conditions to better support the customer experience and/or to answer any inquiries needing immediate attention.
Building productive results-driven relationships with staff, business partners, and customers.
Representing and actively engaging in the organization’s culture and commitment to integrity, code of ethics, and core practices.
Completing other assigned tasks based on leadership discretion.
