Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base with an ability to bring new clients such as :
Exploring possibilities of new corporate clients and generate leads
Experience in mapping industries which are believed to be a business success
Be a part of initial meetings, brief the client on all the services, understand Client requirements
Understand market expectations
Deliver on agreed revenue and gross margin
Following up prospects
Procuring assignments with clarity in terms of scope of work, deliverables and commercial terms
To note and handle client queries prior to the signing of contract
Evolving SLA’s specific to client requirements & business processes
To effectively handover client requirements and information is after signing of contract to resourcing team.
Tracking competitor activities
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales officer.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
