The Application Specialist, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Operations, contributes to the presales, Application, growth of the business, and partner/customer satisfaction.
Current Products: POCUS Ultrasound, 3D Ultrasound Breast screening device, and Fetal Monitoring system, and new products will be onboarded in the future.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Pre-sales activities, providing Application support for ALJ Health-represented products across ALJ Health operating countries.
Provide clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of POCUS ultrasound / Point of use products, including potential uses, product capabilities, and benefits to customers.
Develop and deliver train-the-trainer product Application training to sub-distributors, KOL's and Major customers.
Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and customer training.
Monitor customer installations of ultrasound products within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain partner / KOL relationships.
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in generating leads, developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
Build strong business relationships with all KOL stakeholders in the market, including payers, hospitals management, targeted healthcare specialties and sometimes patients with full adherence to regulations.
Communicate clearly the field progress on monthly/quarterly basis to internal stakeholders
Update the CRM system to track and report on activities.
Skills required:
Female expert-level Ultrasound Application live scanning skills and demonstrate remote / Tele scanning & training.
75% travel across MENAT (25% to Turkey, 25% to KSA & 25% to India & other regions 25%)
Ability to interact positively with ALJ health partners, customers, core team, and company business partners.
Candidate must be self-motivated and self-driven to drive pre-sales and Application support.
Accept personal responsibility for producing results, individually and as a team.
Competencies/Knowledge:
Ideal candidate should have Ultrasonography and/or Ultrasound Application specialist is only preferred.
Previous experience as an Ultrasound Application specialist with manufacturers/ distributors will be given preference.
Knowledge of Product comparison, and competitor differentiation is an advantage
Communication: Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrate group presentation skills, timely delivery information
Familiar with the operation of basic computer programs and associated systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, sales and CRM related reporting systems
Experience in contracting and negotiations
Education/Experience:
2 to 5 years of experience in a Ultrasound / POCUS Application based organisation in an Application specialist position, ideally based out of Turkey, India or Middle East region
Bachelor's degree (Sonography / Biomedical/ Nursing )
Location: Turkey or Dubai
