Assistant Manager – Marketing & Strategic Sales

• Analyses complex commercial provisions and provides advice and interpretation to management

• Generates TEU volumes (Dry, Reefer, Oog) throughout terminals, as per targets set time to time

• Accountable to meet and exceed agreed targets & KPIs set; generate profitable business

• Tracking business, market, competition activities

• Assist Department head for Budget preparations, measures and exceeds strategic business and performance objectives for incremental TEU volume, existing departmental accounts and new business opportunities

• Acts as the commercial project lead in providing solutions to customers, ensuring the respective internal team resources are allocated to benefit the customer and the business.

• Identifies and seeks to capitalize on profitable business opportunities, particularly where these may complement and increase the company’s overall service offerings, including subsidiary businesses if any • Manages accountability for customer financial relationships, which includes: billing, overdue and payment behaviour
