Sales and Marketing Executive

A freight forwarding company is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Executive to be based in our Dubai office. The requirement is immediate. The suitable candidate should have a minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in freight forwarding sales. Fresher’s or Candidates with 1 year experience (in Freight Forwarding Sales) with good communication skills are also welcome. Major Roles and Responsibilities • Conduct market research and identify potential clients. • Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company. • Receive enquiries and arrange proposal from the pricing team in timely manner. • Finalize proposal with the customer and arrange quotation to the customers for booking confirmation. • Arrange customer registration form from new customer and verify documents. • Inform operations team about the booking confirmation in timely manner. • Manage, update, and maintain the customer database. • Facilitate and support the branding initiatives. • Conduct order lost analysis to identify the reasons for taking effective corrective action. • Language fluency – English (mandatory) • Minimum qualification – Post Graduate, UAE driving license preferred.
