Review the Material Test Certificate (MTR), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Certificate of Conformity (COC) for all incoming material whichever is applicable.
Scan MTR ad maintain a data base in the form of both soft and hard copies.
Preparation of Machining Job Report.
Preparation of Stores Work Order Out (SWO) and Stores Work Order In (SWI) as per instructions from QA/QC Engineer.
Coordination with local suppliers for the MTRs and resolve MTR discrepancies with the Supplier/Factory, in case LPOs.
Raise Deviation Note (DN) in case of MTR discrepancies in LPO/FPO.
Updating the SWO and SWI in the system
Posting the DOs in the system after delivery.
