Category Development- Marketing Black Pearl Management & Human Resource Consulting LLC
Our client is a reputed Food &; Beverage manufacturing company in the FMCG industry with multiple brands under its name with a diversified portfolio across the GCC region. They are looking to hire a Category Development/ Trade Marketing Manager for one of their division dealing with confectionery.
Develop the yearly marketing activity plans for the categories.
Manage the P&;L of the categories.
Be the right brand ambassador who drives equity, awareness, and off-take.
Responsibility for the P&;L of the categories.
Market analysis and product launches.
Monitoring the marketing activity's performance and measuring the success of campaigns.
Developing reports.
Developing consumer packaging and promotional packaging.
Managing category budgets.
Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and product shoots.
Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant GCC experience (preferably with trade marketing and sales knowledge in FMCG).
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
Outstanding communication skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
Degree in marketing or a related field.
Should have strong expertise in Confectionery/ Salted snacks.
Excellent portfolio in Brand Management.
