Maintain and repair MEP systems/ Civil fixtures throughout the site as detailed by the asset register and Supervisor/ Line Manager.
Carry out routine checks for correct operation of all equipment as directed by Supervisor/Line Manager and Daily/Weekly Servicing Plan.
Renovate and replace equipment as required and instructed by the Supervisor/ Line Manager and upgrade MEP systems and equipment/ Civil Fixtures.
Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks as per the service order to the required quality and schedule.
Trouble shoot and make corrective maintenance to equipment as required.
Actively participate in the training and development plan as agreed at the appraisal to include MEP & Civil trade as required.
