Customer Service Representative for Emirati National in El Dhaid
REQUIREMENTS :
* ARABIC-ENGLISH speakers only.
* With excellent ENGLISH communication skills.
* Call center experience is a must with chat and email as an added advantage.
* Can join immediately.
** Communicate with customers through calls, chats, emails and assist them with their inquiries.
** Register each concerns on the allocated system.
** Can handle inbound and outbound calls or back to back chats and emails.
** Maintain the high quality of the process.
** Can do multi tasking
