KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Met the set targets and adhere to SLA/KPIs established for the process/tower.
2.Participate in All SSC related activities & Initiatives.
3.Assist the team/supervisor by absorbing additional responsibilities as necessary.
4.Be flexile to work in shifts, extra hours or weekends/public holidays as per need.
5.Participate in projects related to process and efficiency improvements.
KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
MDM
• Process workflow requests for Customer, Item & Supplier master.
• Respond to email queries.
• Conduct trainings to data stewards as necessary.
• Participate in data clean up activities like de-duplication and rationalization, standardization.
• Ensure SOPs and other process control documents are updated in accordance to change in the process.
