OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Co-coordinating with Heads of Departments on various reports and follow-up on academic / academic support services matters.
Maintaining database, personal and official files of AC contacts.
Monitoring mails and correspondence of Founder Chairman Office.
Preparing and handling all business correspondence and other tasks from the Founder Chairman Office.
Presenting a positive image of the University College
Coordinates all FC & VCH meetings and manages all minutes.
Maintain confidentiality in office and personal matters.
Perform administrative tasks for FC & VCH (filing, copying, reviewing mail & information highlighting action items, and compiling briefings/meeting materials, etc.)
Draft correspondence on behalf of the FC & VCH, especially congratulatory / award letters, and assist with the compilation of various reports. Ensures prompt and accurate reporting of all data.
Plan and organize logistics for FC meetings and events
Perform research and summarizes findings on various topics and presentations for Vice Chairman.
Develop, implement and administer departmental office systems and procedures
Use a high degree of judgment and discretion in the handling and maintenance of materials of a confidential and/or sensitive nature
Online Approval Management of Vice Chairman
Create PowerPoint presentations using graphics, etc.
