Hygiene Officer
As a Hygiene Officer you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring food safety and hygiene standards. Your objective is to ensure compliance with all food, hygiene and HACCP requirements in response to the brand standards and local government requirements.

What you will be doing:
Ensure highest level of sanitation and hygiene standards in the hotel.
Responsible for achieving organizational standards in hygiene, cleanliness and safety in all F&B areas and for all F&B equipment as per HACCP standards
Train and raise awareness relating to food safety and good hygiene practice to all Heartists.
Establish and implement all Food Hygiene policies and procedures in all the Kitchen, Store and Dishwashing area.
Coordinates all sanitation and hygiene related meetings & activities of the hotel
Your experience and skills include:
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English
Previous relevant work experience
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards Certifications
Knowledge of HACCP standards and principles
