Lead and manage all aspects of the showroom performance with an emphasis on growth and profitability.
This role has overall responsibility of business development, client liaison, customer satisfaction and staff management.
Branch manager is expected to lead a diverse team and develop strategies to achieve business performance, profitability and improve market share, identifying opportunities to build business value for our existing, and potential new client.
Develop strong relationships with key clients through regular client meetings. Open and proactive communication with other Sales and branch managers to maximise the potential of key market segments.
Ensure that our supply chain process is aligned with sufficient stock availability in the showroom by liaising with concerned warehouse supervisor.
