Monitors IT Center’s performance in order to ensure delivery of high quality IT services.
Develops an annual plan and budget, ensuring the efficient utilization of allocated resources.
Assists as needed with formulation and development of policies, procedure and programs for IT Center.
Collaborates with all relevant stakeholders to coordinate the evaluation, deployment and management of IT systems across the campuses.
Identifies opportunities and advises on appropriate and cost-effective IT investments.
Consults with cross-functional teams to implement new services and re-engineer IT process as required.
Administers and defines the security framework necessary to ensure compliance with all IT security operations, policies and procedures; oversees the correction of all security compliance issues.
Provides technical assistance with the set-up, deployment and ongoing support of systems that support information security including virus detection systems, firewall content filtering systems and software license management systems.
Collaborates with faculty and internal stakeholders to develop online systems and solutions to promote effective learning and efficient business processes.
Produces regular and ad hoc reports and analysis on activities and programs.
Conducts regular internal IT audits and prepare audit reports.
Ensures that appropriate IT teams are in place in order to support the needs of various client groups.
