Duties Leasing of vacant properties - Market and advertise the vacant properties - Organize the property viewings - Closely reviewing the rental applications to make sure they meet eligibility criteria Relationship with our existing tenants - Supervise the admin team to make sure all requests are handled efficient and timely manner - Optimize the renewal rates of each property by attending all aspect of the tenant s satisfaction - Oversee the collection of all rents to maintain a low level of uncollected income - Coordinate the handovers and takeovers with new/leaving tenants Handle disputes
