Assist supervisor in network patrolling and keep track of construction activities near Tabreed asset
Follow up maintenance schedule of the equipment and notify maintenance team repair activities through the technical write up
Conduct Task risk assessment for the job in-house undertaken by our maintenance team and ensure risk has been reduced to ALARP
Handle the operation of assigned plant to ensure the continuous supply of chilled water to customers at the required temperature
Monitor and control operations of the plant, and report to the immediate supervisor any defects in equipment, or eventually customers complaints
Prepare details of pending maintenance activity which may impact the plant operation and efficiency example breakdown of cooling tower motor follow-up
Conduct a visual assessment on equipment especially for any abnormal vibration or visible fluid leaks
Keep track of all the testing and certification of the equipment are done and reminded on a timely manner.
Manage all the PTW documents and ensure each of them are correctly filled and potential hazards identified
Manage LOTO and associated certificates are adequately filled and closeout appropriately
Maintain proper discipline within the plant premises and ensure no deviation on CODE of CONDUCT
Prepare daily water treatment reports, and weekly calibration of PH and conductivity meters
Report equipment defects to the immediate supervisor and assist him in follow up of troubleshooting
Follows all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude.
