Must have awareness of the Oil and Gas safety procedures and workings. He should have well experience in Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance HVAC systems/equipments (air cooled chiller, package units, split & window units, trouble-shooting of electronic board, BMS operation & troubleshooting). Should have a proven technical and communication skill to lead the maintenance crew. Shall have experience in planning job using computerized materials and maintenance management system (CMMMS) such as Maximo/SAP.
