· Manage daily operations in the plant facility
· Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility
· Test and monitor plant process and adheres to recommended safety requirements
· Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines
· Prepare, analyze, and issue production and performance reports
· Control production cost to achieve company’s GP.
· Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program in coordination with Maintenance in charge.
· To Review daily production plans and ensure that the estimated cost tie in within the budget and production target has been achieved
· Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and to ensure that they are followed
· Improve continually existing operation, for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings
· Investigate operational problems affecting production, reporting and recommending solutions and conduct root cause analysis
