To enforce all attendance policies, using day and night presence and enforcement in the accommodation
To enforce to staff the importance of the requirements by investigating non-attendance and lateness
To observation staff reasoning to assist in the collection of data and investigate root cause for absenteeism and lateness
To report on disciplinary action required for non-attending and delayed staff
To report violation observed during daily inspection
To monitor drivers on long absence, sick leave and returnees from vacation as well as new employees
To monitor each of the on-duty driver for his daily performance according to ITCs KPIs.
To report on disciplinary action required for non-performance drivers.
Contribute to enhance driver performance including Revenue of the Taxi business.
All the KPIs follow up and maintaining record o daily basis.
To keep accurate records of all aspects of this position, generating a monthly summary
Investigate with drivers on different fines and incidents through Orbits System and take action accordingly.
Monitoring drivers’ usage of RF.ID fuel system and investigating and taking action on drivers violating company rules and instructions of RF.ID usage.
Monitor and follow up drivers performance regarding ITC (Trans ad) KPIs, and take action accordingly
Carry out tasks as requested by the superior
