Responsible for Crane Electrical Preventative, Inspections and Corrective Maintenance activities as per Safety standards and Planned Time Schedule to maximize Cranes availability at minimum cost.
Establish full Coordination of Crane Maintenance Activities with Plant Operation team for Safe and Timely wise Performance,
Follow ES Safety Rules and Work Procedures in terms of Work Order, Job Method Statement and Risk Assessment. Perform the planned maintenance activities as per time schedule and clos the Work Order,
Supervise the execution time schedule of cranes maintenance activities and the shop floor team working hours to achieve the crane availability target.
Supervise and Assist major stoppages Trouble-shooting.
Maintain the development schedule of U.A.E. national trainees / employees as per policies.
Provide leadership to maintain H&S environment.
Ensuring the maintenance team following safety rules and operating procedures.
Supervise and motivate subordinate personnel to achieve departmental objectives in a safe manner,
Maintain assets in the assigned area in the most efficient manner and maintain continuous improvement performance.
