Responsible for the cheese making process from the startup of operation to the finished product.
Maintain efficient operations while producing high-quality products.
Accurately follow cheese making procedures to ensure consistent quality products.
Maintain inventory and ordering of cheese ingredients.
Complete all cheese production records in an accurate manner. Maintain cheese recipe programs. Perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety policies and procedures. Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
